FRIDAYS WE HAVE MUSIC DAY WITH KATHY LASSCHE FROM MULBERRY LANE!

Mulberry Lane School of Music is committed to excellence in music education and offers a fabulous array of high quality musical experiences for all ages.  For the past 15 years Mulberry Lane has specialized in Music & Movement classes for newborns to age 7 years. The classes are fun, educational and developmentally appropriate for children. Mulberry Lane is dedicated to educating families on the importance of music in the early years.

Preschoolers and Imagination is the class we do at Parkside.

The preschooler is really growing in their ability to communicate and in unique exploration.  Preschoolers enjoy their freedom in trying and in experimenting; they begin to interact socially with their peers. Imagination and pretend play highlight the developmental milestones of this age. This music and movement program focuses on your child's total development. The age grouping permits continued focus on language development and pretend play. In class we will sing and dance, explore instruments, engage in creative movement, and practice intentional listening. We enjoy activities that involve rhyming and beat development, sound imitation and story telling and acting out stories.
